  • The best shopping just around the corner from you

Helvetia & Bristol accompanies you into the golden triangle of international fashion, in the heart of a city that is a symbol throughout the world

In Florence the boutique windows of the some of the biggest Italian and international fashion houses overlook the heart of a city that is the symbol of fashion throughout the world, creating a glamor triangle made up of Via de' Tornabuoni, Via della Vigna Nuova and Via Degli Strozzi. Where does the exclusive beauty of Hotel Helvetia & Bristol Firenze - Starhotels Collezione reside? All of this is at an arm’s reach! Our day of shopping can only begin on Via de' Tornabuoni, a few meters from our hotel. Here, in the impressive Palazzo Spini Feroni is a symbol of great Florentine fashion: Salvatore Ferragamo, with its mega-store and museum. Via de’ Tornabuoni is also the realm of  Gucci, with the men's, women's and children's boutiques, the 1970s style of Emilio Pucci, that unmistakable style of  Roberto Cavalli and the men's collections by  Ermenegildo Zegna. Still on Via de' Tornabuoni, you can admire the elegance of the house of Dior, Céline, Fendi, Prada, Burberry and the biggest names in jewellery such as Tiffany, Omega, Bvlgari, Cartier, Chopard, Pomellato, Damiani, alongside historic names like Fani Gioielli, the retailer for Rolex. We arrive at the little piazza where the boutiques of Hermès and Ermanno Scervino are. Stop for a snack at Caffè Giacosa, the city's historic 'salon' or for a culinary treat with a truffle flavor at Procacci. On Via della Spada are scarves and cashmere scarves by Faliero Sarti and a world of perfumes at Dr. Vranjes, a real must. Perpendicular to Via de' Tornabuoni is Via Vigna Nuova: for lovers of colorful macarons, here you will find the exclusive French pastry shop Ladurée. Let's return to the very elegant Via degli Strozzi, which overlooks the historic Helvetia & Bristol building, and go into the fabulous worlds of Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Dolce & Gabbana and La Perla. We finish our journey right in front of the entrance to our hotel, on Via dei Pescioni, for men's tailoring collections signed by Stefano Ricci: quality, care in workmanship and the heart of Florence are the soul of the brand. Not part of the fashion triangle, but definitely worth visiting are the boutiques of Luisaviaroma, one of the most famous multi-brands in the world and the appeal of Miu Miu, both on Via Roma.
